We are proud to release our 2024 Annual Impact Report, a comprehensive look at everything the Chimpanzee Trust achieved this year with the support of our donors, partners, and volunteers.
Key Highlights
This year, we successfully rescued and integrated 2 new chimpanzees into our sanctuary family, bringing our total to 55 individuals. Our veterinary team conducted over 200 health assessments, and our field conservation program planted 15,000 indigenous trees across the Albertine Rift corridor.
Financial Transparency
85% of all funds received went directly to program activities. Our administrative costs remained below 10%, and fundraising expenses accounted for just 5% of total expenditure.
